Being a cop or a firefighter is tough. Pressure is high, resources are low, danger is real. The men and women working in public safety and other high stress professions need support built around their lives and experiences.
That’s why we were so excited to lead a pre-seed round in Sharp Performance in early 2024. Sharp delivers performance coaching to public safety agencies, breaking down stigma around wellness resources and helping officers deal with stress and burnout. The unlock is Sharp's team of coaches: Special Operations veterans who have been trained to perform in the highest-stress moments imaginable. They give Sharp's platform insight and empathy that can't be found anywhere else.
